Microsoft 365 is a collection of apps for productivity, storage, and device management. It includes apps like Word, Excel, Outlook, and more. One Microsoft 365 account gives you access to all the apps associated with that account.
Students may use various Microsoft apps while completing their studies at Å·ÃÀ¾«Æ·ÊÓÆµ. All student accounts include the following apps:
After admission, you will receive an email with your Microsoft 365 email and a temporary password. The login information can also be found in the ‘My Profile’ section of your MyAC account.

No, you don’t. You can use Microsoft 365 in any browser. However, it may be easier to use apps like Outlook on your phone by downloading it. Remember that student Microsoft 365 licenses do not include desktop computer apps.
Email ithelpdesk@alexandercollege.ca and provide your full name, student number, and date of birth. For security reasons, you must use the personal email listed in your MyAC profile.
This may show up if you try to use a desktop app on a laptop, which is not included in student licenses. To solve this, log into your Microsoft 365 account in a browser and use the app from there.
