Academic Alert Evidence Viewing

Students who have received Type I academic alert can request to book an appointment with an SRR staff to view the evidence filed for their academic alerts. Students can expect to book the Academic Alert evidence appointment within 1-2 business days of their application being received.

The purpose of the viewing process is to help students understand why they have received an academic alert and what the next steps are. The Academic Alert viewing process is not a pathway for students to have their academic alert removed.

SRR will provide instructions to set up a meeting using the email address provided in the Academic Alert Evidence Viewing Request Form.

When viewing the Academic Alert Evidence, students should:

• Present student ID to the SRR staff
• Arrive no later than 5 minutes into the appointment
